KHICHDI CUTLET / LEFTOVER KHICHDI CUTELT

INGREDIENTS
1 cup leftover khichdi (made with rice and green moong dal)
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup rice flour
1 finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
1/2 tsp coriander powder
salt and chilli to taste
some freshly chopped coriander leaves
1 cup breadcrumbs for coating
oil for frying

METHOD
Grated processed cheese or cut cheese cubes in four parts and keep aside.

Take khichdi in large bowl, mash with fork or fingertips. Add breadcrumbs, rice flour, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and all the dry spices mentioned above.

Mix well to combine tight dough, if you find it loose and difficult to make cutlets add more rice flour.

Grease your palm with little oil and make small cutlets, Roll them in breadcrumbs and deep fry.

Serve this yummy cutlet, I bet the taste even you can't make what it is made of.
